Frontline Processing had some very special guests come by this week from Special Olympics Montana!
Vice President of Development, Jim Lawrence, Development Director, Wendy Rispens and athlete Emily Ruff came to tell us more about Special Olympics and how we can help support their program . We enjoyed having them visit. Emily told us her story about joining and excelling though Special Olympics. She explained how shy she was until she joined the program, how she learned to believe in herself and have more confidence. She is proud to be a Global Messenger for Special Olympics Montana and travels to events and fundraisers to tell her story. Emily brought a hand full of the many medals she has won and she states to have “many more at home!” While she competes in many sports, her true passion is for horses and equestrian events.
Frontline has partnered with Special Olympics Montana for several years with our program called “Process for a Purpose” . Here’s how it works: Any business that accepts credit cards can switch to Frontline processing, then Frontline will not only match or beat our competitors rate we also donate 20% of the revenue from that account to Special Olympics Montana every month!
The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
